Hyper Athlete Programs

High flying, acrobatic, heart pumping, sweat inducing awesomeness. That’s what it means to train as a martial arts athlete. Whether your goal is to compete as a martial artist, or you’re looking for an off-season cross training activity to support other athletics, this program will blow you away. Train. Sweat. Repeat!
All athlete programs are broken into twelve-week seasons, allowing you the flexibility to train year-round or as an off-season activity between your other athletic activities.
